Enrollments begin February 15th – Limited to only 40 participants!
“because it’s never too late to start over” “there aren’t rules in fitness or getting fit—-that “do overs” are allowed and even welcomed!

 

CardioCore – March 4th 2:00PM

The only way to strengthen your heart and lungs is to incorporate cardio training into your fitness regimen.  In this session, Boot Campers will alternate Core/Stability exercises with various HIIT (“high-intensity interval training”) segments to focus on cardio-vascular health.

FlexCore – March 11th 2:00PM

Flexibility is the ability to move joints effectively through a complete range of motion.  One of the primary reasons we should incorporate flexibility training into our fitness plans is to enhance our weight training programs and to help reduce the risk of injury.  In this session, Boot Campers will execute activities that lengthen and stretch muscles and as well perform activities that challenge core strength and balance.

AgileCore – March 18th 2:00PM

Agility is defined as the ability to move nimbly with speed and ease and is one of the main fitness components we all should consistently practice.  In this session, Boot Campers will work on drills and exercises to practice and improve their agility while blending in Core/Stability exercises.  Come ready to focus on movements that involve speed, directional change, and body control.

LeanCore – March 25th 2:00PM

According to the American Heart Association, having enough lean body mass to fall under the recommended fat levels reduces the risks for health problems such as high blood pressure, high cholesterol and diabetes.  The way we build lean body mass is through weight training.  In this session, Boot Campers will not only focus on building a lean core, but as well on weight training and resistance exercises to effectively work the major muscle groups throughout the entire body.

Dates: Sunday’s March 4th, 11th, 18th, 25th
Time: 2-3pm
Level: Beginner to Intermediate
Cost: $39.00 for all four or $10.00 drop in
