Buti Yoga is a movement practice that fuses power yoga, cardio infused tribal dance, plyometrics & deep abdominal training into a high-intensity workout combined with upbeat music that transforms the body from the inside out. The word “buti” is a marathi word that means “to cure something hidden below the surface.” Challenge yourself to free your mind and your hips during this FUN and challenging sweat fest!
