New TRX Class Types coming June!

TRX Tabata Strong

  • Class will use combination of tabata timing (30/10, 40/10, etc.). Could also include a few hard/harder/hardest activities. Timing may change based on Instructor
  • Number of rounds and work/rest time in each Tabata Round will change up to keep class tempo up!
  • May include some other equipment (med balls, weights, weighted bar, kettle bells, etc.)

TRX Circuit

  • Class will include work in stations. Already a favorite!

TRX Stack Attack

  • Instructor may included 6-8 exercises and repeated to “Stack” them back to back!
  • Work can change (i.e.- 1 minute to start/40 seconds subsequent rounds, etc.)
  • Class may include some other equipment (med balls, weights, weighted bar, kettle bells, etc.)

TRX Mix-it-Up

  • Instructor choice on this one
  • May include any combination of the above (i.e., some tabata along with a stack for example)
  • Work may be based on time, reps, or both.
  • Class could be split with half on TRX and half on other equipment and then they swap places.
  • Class may include some other equipment (med balls, weights, weighted bar, kettle bells, etc.)Choose Westend TRX
