Every Monday 5:45pm come see me and start your week off right with one hour of fun and work! Come for one or stay for both ♥️
5:45pm Body Blast w/ TRX- 30 minutes of Interval work that will get your heart rate up and the calories burning! 🔥
6:15pm Muscle Up, Get Strong & Fit – 💪
30 minutes of working with weights and/or resistance! We’ll work together through timed intervals or reps in super-sets to build long lean muscles. See you ladies there!
