You can choose from several different workouts, and each one can be adapted to your level of fitness and experience.
Our cardio classes are great for all-levels, beginner to intermediate. We keep it NEW and EXCITING every class!

In these classes, you'll learn how to release muscular tension, relieve sore muscles, increase circulation, improve flexibility and balance. The instructor will take you through a series of movements that will leave you feeling relaxed and rejuvenated!
Let's get strong together! Strength training is ideal for building muscle while burning more calories for optimal weight loss. This class is will be using bodyweight exercises and equipment such as dumbbells, machine circuit, and more. You will be learning how to incorporate all the major muscle groups. All-Levels welcome.

Chair Fitness is a program that incorporates non-impact aerobics, resistance and strength training with a unique fitness flare! This specialty class is great for all fitness levels, members that may have limited mobility, beginners, baby boomers, seniors, plus-size members and all members alike. Each class will be different, so change up your fitness pace and have a seat!
